Nor does Eastern Aquatics ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  *For live delivery Guarantee to be in effect, the package must be accepted for delvery on the first delivery attempt.  You must notify us of any problems within 1 hour of carrier scanned receipt.  Guarantee excludes shipping costs.
